I am Jo at Shailes Consultancy, I have over 20 years of experience in marketing strategy working in the B2B world, of manufacturing, engineering, e-commerce and venture-backed companies, across a range of industries (oil & gas, renewables, defense, rail, construction, mining, marine, oceanographic, textile, composites, healthcare, footwear, cleaning, waste-to-energy, furniture, thermoforming materials and tooling).  

I am also well practised in providing projects into complex, global, hierarchical and matrix organisations.
